Many therapies focus solely on symptom management, which fails to identify what’s at the core of an issue. It’s like weeding a garden and only pulling out the leafy parts. Your garden might look nice temporarily, but that pesky weed is going to grow back. I will support you in digging out the roots in order to create lasting change on a deep and profound level.

Negative experiences in your past may affect you, but they do not define you. You are so much more than what you’ve been through. Healing might feel like something that’s unattainable, but I’m here to tell you that not only is it possible, but that you deeply deserve it.
My approach is grounded in transpersonal depth psychology with a social justice lens. I utilize an eclectic blend of evidence-based practices and non-traditional therapy modalities, which include cognitive strategies, trauma-focused treatment, mindfulness, parts work, EMDR, nature-based modalities, and somatic interventions. As a compassionate and experienced therapist, I will help you navigate every step of the therapeutic process with care and expertise.
